There are also reservations for auxiliary equipment positions: such as computer consoles and watchstands, water tanks, electric boxes, air pumps, cabinets, fire protection, and transportation passages. If they are automatic or semi-automatic offset presses, they should be set aside for curved editions. Machine place. For sheetfed offset presses, the height of the workshop should not be less than 3.5 meters. Arrangement of three attachments

The distribution box of the offset printing press is generally mounted on the drive surface of the machine by the sheet feeder, so that the path of the line is the shortest. The computer desk is placed on the delivery section of the drive surface. This arrangement facilitates the routing of the wires on the computer console. The central tank and the vertical central pump of the closet are located in the center of the machine's transmission surface. This facilitates the installation of the gas line and the wiring. The automatic or semi-automatic bending machine is preferably placed near the computer station. Before the new printing plate puts on the machine first pre-adjusts the ink volume on the computer table, then bends the plate, finally on the machine, this kind of arrangement is more reasonable. The outlets of water pipes are arranged near the water tanks, and there are conditions to make dark pipes (pre-buried) as much as possible, and a sewer is reserved near the water tanks for the cleaning of the water tanks. The 220V and 36V power sources should be embedded in the wall for use when the equipment is being serviced. If there is a central air supply, leave an air supply at the delivery, feeder, and middle of the machine for use when servicing the equipment.

Four foundation preparation

Offset presses are precision instruments in terms of equipment installation accuracy requirements. They have high requirements for the bearing weight and flatness of the floor. The quality of the floor foundation directly affects the equipment installation accuracy, product quality and equipment service life. The standard configuration of the four-color machine weighs about 30 to 35 tons, and the bearing capacity of the foundation (dynamic load factor 1.2) must not be less than 25 kPa, and the ground flatness error must not exceed 5/10000.

In the initial period of the foundation for production, the foundation soil of the storage equipment shall be inspected. If conditions are available, the exploration department shall analyze the soil conditions and provide opinions. For areas with loose soil, compaction grouting and pile filling methods may be adopted. The specific construction plan depends on the soil quality.

For the better soil quality, the usual construction method is: in the place of the storage equipment, 600mm soil layer is excavated.
