2. Q: Do you provide also polyester cover for cushions foam with zip?
A: Yes, we did waterproof polyester fabric for cushion cover with zip.
We usually do 160g, 180g, 220g and 250g for fabric; 25g density for foam or customized.
3. Q: What can be customized?
A: Customization service covers rattan color, rattan size, rattan shape, product size, fabric color and density, cushion size, glass color, packing and so on.
4. Q: Where can the furniture be used?
A: It can be used in places like gardens, patios, backyards, beach, restaurants, hotels, resorts and coffee shops and even indoors.
5. Q: Do you have promotional products?
A: Yes, we usually send promotion emails to our customers each month.Â
6. Q: What's your payment term?
30% deposit before production and balance before shipment. We can offer different pricing of FOB, CIF and C&F. Paypal, Bank Transfer and L/C are all available.
7. Q: What is the delivery time?
A: After receiving your deposit, around 20-30 days are needed for production in slack season (Apr. -Aug.) and 30-50 days in peak season (Sept. -Â Mar.)
8. Q: What is the return policy?
A: If any quality problems (except man made problems and under abnormal use) happen during warranty time, for example, crack of plastic accessories, color fading and damage of the iron parts etc.
The buyer should inform the seller within 14 days after finding the quality problems. And the buyer should provide the same quality and new accessories free within 30 days.

All our wicker contains UV stabilizers to ensure a prolonged life span. To extend the life of your setting it is recommended that you use a good quality furniture cover and regularly apply a vinyl protection spray.
To clean your wicker furniture, wash down regularly with mild soapy water and then give it a thorough rinse.
POLYESTER CUSHION MAINTENANCE:
Clean with mild soap and warm water, then rinse thoroughly.
Do not use abrasive cleaners or bleach.
