After the offset press is assembled and put into place, the main work is to check the adjustment and test. Different models, adjustment and testing methods are different. Adjustment of an imprinting device

Under normal circumstances, the drum shoulder gap has been adjusted before leaving the factory. After the machine is installed, it is only necessary to re-check whether the values ​​specified in the manual are complied with. If the value is inconsistent with the specified value, readjust the center distance. When checking the parallelism of the two rollers, select three points on the roller surface and measure whether the roller gaps are equal to determine the parallelism of the rollers.

For the higher-configured multicolor offset press, the adjustment of the imprinting device is performed by the console. The thickness of the paper to be printed is input to the computer, and the machine automatically adjusts the center distance between the blanket cylinder and the impression cylinder. Through reasonable linings, conduct network and field test.
Second check the impression cylinder tooth decay

The first thing to do is to check whether the roller cavities are in the same plane, and then test the buckling force of the roller cavities. If the strength of the rollers is different, adjust them.

3 check the transfer of paper teeth and roller teeth molar transfer position

Under normal circumstances, the paper feed tine should be 0.5 to 1.5 mm from the edge line of the roller, and the paper pad should be 0.2 mm higher than the surface of the roller. Plus the thickness of the paper, the straight line of the pad should be in line with the roller pad. Parallel to the surface, at the same time, the test delivery force is consistent.

4 Check the delivery position of the paper handing tooth at the front gauge

For some domestic offset presses, the empty block at both ends of the swing shaft of the feed dog should be in contact with the idle screw at the same time. At this time, the gap between the outgoing cam and the roller should be no more than 0.03 mm for each imported model. Specific inspection of specific models.

Five to determine the height of the feeder iron table

Based on the tooth pad of the paper handing tooth, the height of the feeding iron table, the side gauge and the gap between the front gauge and the paper conveying iron table are adjusted in turn.

Sixth, check the time of the transfer of paper between roller buckling teeth, paper delivery tusks, front gauge and side gauge.

For offset presses equipped with a dial on the impression cylinder, check the delivery time strictly in accordance with the specification.

According to the requirements, select the appropriate liner, calculate the blanket and liner thickness, and then install the blanket and liner on the blanket cylinder, and place the “10” word plate and pad on the plate cylinder. At this time, the size of the edge of each roller can be checked. In addition, the mouth portion of the blanket cylinder should be as close as possible to the mouth of the impression cylinder, but it should not cause the tusks to touch the blanket.

Eight adjustable water, ink roller

Firstly, clean the anti-rust oil on the water, ink roller and ball bearing on the shaft head, then fill the bearing with grease, then install water and ink roller in the order, adjust and check the contact pressure between water, ink roller and plate cylinder. , Check the sensitivity of the ink roller lifting mechanism, the contact pressure of water transfer, ink roller and string water, and the ink roller, the ink fountain to control the amount of ink, the flexibility of the screw, and whether the commutation position of the string and ink roller is at Plate roller in the neutral position.

Ten remote control device test and adjustment

Most new high-end multi-color offset presses now have a control center. Remote control of the machine's settings via the control center. The accuracy of the operation of the remote control device directly affects the quality of the product and the production cycle. The accuracy of all functions of the remote control device must be confirmed during the debugging of the new machine.

1. Confirmation of feeder presetting: Input the size of different format sheets on the remote table, observe the advance and retreat of the feeder and advance and retreat of the side blow position (must be at the lowest position of the stack, the machine is in the state of shutdown , otherwise the machine will not be able to execute the commands issued by the remote station.)

2. Confirmation of the side-gauge preset: According to the change of the paper size, the position of the side gauge should be adjusted accordingly.

3. Pre-setting of the paper conveying platen pressure roller: After the paper size is input to the remote control table, the brush wheel and the pressure wheel on the paper feeding table will automatically adjust accordingly.

4. Pre-setting of the paper thickness: When the paper thickness value is input to the remote console, the machine will automatically (in the stop state) correct the center distance between the impression cylinder and the blanket cylinder according to the instruction.

5. Pre-setting of the height of the front gauge: When inputting three times the thickness of the thin paper and twice the thickness of the thick paper, the front gauge will automatically adjust the high and low positions according to the instructions of the remote control board.

6. Pre-setting of the delivery device: When the size of the paper size is input into the remote control table, the paper feeder of the delivery device and the receiving board in the size direction will automatically adjust to the position (when the machine is stopped and the delivery table is lowered to a certain height. ).

7. Adjustment of multiple devices: In the case of more or less hours in the school edition, it is only necessary to perform operations on the remote console. In accordance with the instructions issued by the remote console, it is checked whether the size of the graphic is oriented on the paper or not. Change and confirm.

8. Preset ink remote control: According to the area of ​​the layout graphic and ink layer thickness to set the ink ribbon width and ink film thickness, the action response must be fast and accurate.

9. Pre-setting of the dampening device: According to the instruction input by the remote control station, the dampening device will automatically be in the ink-separation or ink-ink combination state, and adjust the amount of water supply according to the input instructions.

The above directives must be completely and accurately implemented. If there are any errors, they must be adjusted in order to enter the trial printing procedure. If there is no pre-set multi-color offset press, all the above tasks are done manually and confirmed.
