As the first research base for functional properties of functional thin film materials in China, after the establishment of a provincial engineering laboratory, thermal analysis of thin film materials, sample preparation and processing of thin film materials, electromagnetic analysis of thin film materials, mechanical analysis of thin film materials, and thin films will be implemented.
