4 kinds of cosmetics have mercury content exceeding 20,000 times

Yesterday, the Provincial Health Department informed the public of the results of the health supervision and inspection of the ecchymosis (whitening) cosmetics. Among the four unqualified cosmetics sampled, the mercury content actually exceeded the national standard by 9000 times to 20,000 times.

The reason for the failure of 4 samples was that the mercury content was seriously exceeded. Specifically, Guangzhou Yalan Silk Flower Cosmetics Co., Ltd. produced "Medical St. White Spotless Whitening Cream + Night Cream"; Jiesheng Cosmetics Factory (Ningbo) produced "Paimei · Seaweed · Whitening Cream"; “Caiqi·Marine Bio Whitening Cream” produced by Guangzhou Caiyu Cosmetics Factory; “Ganoderma Lucidum Whitening Set” produced by (Taiwan) Mengdi Cosmetics Co., Ltd. (No. 9 Huancheng East Road, Fogang, Guangdong)

In addition, the results of the sanitary sampling inspection published by the Provincial Health Department yesterday showed that among the 20 kinds of wet wipes sampled, 17 were qualified, and the pass rate was 85.00%. The reason for the failure is that the total number of bacteria, the total number of fungi exceeded the label and the labeling instructions did not meet the requirements.

The three types of unqualified wet wipes are: wet wipes produced by Lanzhou Lions Paper Factory; disposable disinfectant wipes produced by source paper; disposable soft-sweet wipes produced by Xingda Paper.
