Second, the construction method
Different industries have different performance requirements for shop floor coatings, which involves differences in construction methods. When water-based epoxy coatings are used for mechanical, chemical, warehouse and other workshop floors, due to the need for floor impact resistance, pressure resistance, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, etc., construction must be carried out according to conventional procedures, ie, primary treatment → sealing Primer → epoxy mortar reinforcement → putty → topcoat. (1) Primary treatment: For oily concrete floors, wash with 10% to 15% hydrochloric acid solution and then rinse with clean water. For larger concrete surfaces, use an electric grinder to polish and remove dust. , Oil treatment method. (2) Back cover: After the epoxy primer A and B components are mixed uniformly, the roller is applied on the surface of the base layer, and the roller is preferably coated twice to fully wet the inside of the concrete and infiltrate into the concrete to enhance the adhesion. Apply the coating method to a certain thickness to enhance the impact resistance and pressure resistance of the floor. (4) Putty: After the epoxy mortar layer is fully cured, two water-based epoxy putties are scraped, dried, ground, and smoothed to provide a smooth, firm base for the top coat. (5) Epoxy floor paint top coating: The waterborne epoxy topcoat is uniformly mixed according to the components A: B components = 1:1 mass ratio, brushed or sprayed on the base surface to make it self-leveling, after curing Become flat, smooth and anti-static, anti-corrosion, anti-bacterial sterilization, eliminate odor and other multi-functional floor coating. When water-based epoxy coatings are used in food, medicine, electrical appliances, workshops, public gymnasiums, and living room floors, the construction can be carried out in the form of basic treatment → back-up paint → putty → topcoat. The construction methods of each procedure are the same as before. The construction requires an ambient temperature of >12°C
