According to ProNet, Shanghai Phoenix Bicycle Co., Ltd. has filed a recall plan with the Shanghai Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision a few days ago and decided to recall it from June 21, 2017 to December 21, 2017 from September 1, 2016 to 2016. The Fenghuang 12-inch (Air Force One) children's bicycle produced on September 25 was approved for production batches, and the number of products involved was 40 vehicles.
Children's bicycles in this recall range have a maximum height of less than 560mm and do not have a fully enclosed chain cover. The chain cover fails to cover the inner surface of the sprocket and the chain mesh. This may cause children to run into the chain. Fingers are caught and in danger of injury.
