The failure analysis of these servers in our laboratory found that most of the crux of the failure to boot properly was the server memory/extension card error, which could not be recognized, and the memory of the error reported by different servers was taken out for EDS (Energy Dispersive Spectrometer). Spectral analysis showed that there are C (carbon), O (oxygen), Cl (chlorine), Ni (nickel), Cu (copper), Pd (palladium), Au (gold), Na (sodium), etc. on the gold finger. ingredient. Test purpose: To determine whether the server is in a high-temperature, high-humidity, air-free filtering environment, and whether the memory used by each brand server is faulty (oxidized) under the condition of long-term power failure.
