The reason is that the competitiveness of domestic brands has increased year by year, and secondly, some well-known foreign brands have been produced in China. Imported products mainly come from 19 countries and regions such as Germany, France, the United States, Britain, Italy, China and South Korea. The brands involved are CONCORD, RECARO, CYBEX, GRACO, Besafe, STM, Volvo, Audi and so on. Other reasons for non-conformity are mainly due to poor manufacturing or assembly of goods, no Chinese mark on the package, no warning labels, installation instructions and instructions for use, and lack of 3C certification mark or the certificate content does not match the actual product model. In some products, the artificial dummy over-displacement occurs in the dynamic test, which may cause injury to the child in use. The countries involved in the non-conforming products are Germany, Italy, France, etc., involving Porsche, RECARO and other internationally renowned brands.

At the same time, the lack of Chinese logo and instructions for use still exists. In 2016, a total of 115 batches of unqualified imported child car seats were found. The main problem is that the Chinese logo and instructions for use do not meet the relevant requirements. Since the Chinese logo and the instruction manual directly relate to whether the product can be correctly installed and used, the role is crucial.
