1 Introduction
Corrugated cartons are green packaging containers and have been invented for more than 100 years since the invention. The "Priedham Case" at the beginning of the 20th century marks the real rise of carton packaging and reveals the defects and deficiencies of wooden box packaging. 2. Corrugated carton performance analysis

3, corrugated carton transportation and packaging system

3.2 Design Diagram

4, corrugated box structure optimization design
4.1 Design Procedure

4.2 Corrugated carton structure CAD
The CAD of corrugated box structure mainly includes the following aspects: calculating the compressive strength of the carton, checking the stacking strength of the carton, structural design of the carton box blank, outputting the billet diagram of the box and the paperboard, and the flow chart is shown in Fig.2. There are two databases and a graphic library in the corrugated box structure CAD, namely the paperboard ingredients program database, the 楞-type database and the box-type database, respectively for the corresponding function module calls.
The paperboard ingredients program database has 24 kinds of corrugated board combination scheme. In each scheme, the corrugated noodles and the paper are the same. The database mainly records the information including grammage weight and ring crush strength of corrugated base paper, organizes the data in a structure, stores it in the form of a library file, and performs operations such as data input, addition, modification, reading, and display through sub-functions.

5 Conclusion
