UV coating is coated with UV varnish on the surface of the printed product and cured by ultraviolet radiation. This glazing method has no volatilization, energy saving, bright and strong film layer, corrosion resistance, and high light speed, up to 500m/min, suitable for on-line coating, but UV coating oil is not affinity for certain materials. In addition, the price of UV coatings is relatively high.
Varnish selection principle

Aluminum foil hot stamping: The aluminum is rolled into a sheet, coated with an adhesive, and stamped with a hot stamping stamp on the printed matter. Aluminum foil is easily oxidized and black, which affects the effect of hot stamping.
Foil foil stamping: powdered foil made of dyestuffs, stamped with a stamping plate, heated and stamped on printed matter. This hot stamping method is simple, but the hot stamping quality is not good.
Electro-aluminum hot stamping: hot stamping onto printed matter with an electric aluminum foil. This hot stamping method is of good quality, low price, no oxidation, can be hot stamped in a variety of colors, and is widely used.
Electrochemical aluminum structure
Electrochemical aluminum foil consists of a base film layer, a barrier layer, a dyed layer, an aluminized layer, and an adhesive layer.
The base film layer is also called the film base layer and supports the other layers. Electro-aluminum hot stamping process parameters
1. Stamping temperature: 100°C to 130°C (plate temperature), 70°C to 180°C (machine temperature). If the temperature is too high, white or blue will appear during hot stamping, and the brightness of the metal will be reduced. If the temperature is too low, it will not be hot stamped. There will be a broken pen, and the adhesion will not be strong and it will be easily wiped off. Hot stamping area is large, the temperature is slightly higher; the other hand is lower.
2. Hot stamping time: 0.5s ~ 2s. Coordination of temperature and time, high temperature, short time; low temperature, longer time. The time is too long, the metal color is easy to dark; time is too short, hot stamping is not complete, easy to fall.

Die-cutting indentation is the combination of die-cutting knife and indentation line in a stencil, die-cutting and indentation, called die-cutting indentation, referred to as die-pressing or die-cutting.
