New wall materials eat "Southerly" slag

Located in the southern part of Shanxi Province, Nanfeng Mountain and Yanchi City, Nanfeng Group is a well-known chemical base in China. Its current annual output of barium sulfate reaches 30,000 tons, which is currently the largest production base of barium sulfate in China. It is understood that every ton of barium sulphate will produce one ton of waste slag. Over the years, slag accumulation has become a problem for enterprises. At the beginning of 2003, Yuncheng Wantai Light Wall Co., Ltd. specializing in the development and production of new wall materials products cooperated with the Nanfeng Group Industrial Co., Ltd. to specifically tackle its industrial waste residue and successfully developed a new type of partition board and kerbstone. , road bricks and other benefits of waste products, the slag blending amount reached 70%.
In order to increase the amount of slag, they use the vertical mold wallboard machine jointly developed by Wantai and CIMC for production. A production line can consume 10,000 tons of waste residue each year. According to reports, there are many industrial waste residues in the Nanfeng Group. The successful use of the slag has opened the way for the new wall products to further consume other industrial waste from Nanfeng Group.
