1. The plastic sealing effect is fuzzy or non-sticky
The selected temperature is inconsistent with the thickness of the film, put the thermostat on the corresponding scale according to the thickness of the film, wait for the green indicator light to stop flashing, and then re-plasticize the plastic parts.
2. Wrinkles (corrugations) or bubbles are generated in the plastic package.
The temperature corresponding to the over film was not selected, which caused the temperature in the machine to be too high. Lower the set temperature, place the thermostat at the corresponding scale position according to the thickness of the film, and wait for about 5-10 minutes before re-molding.
3. The green light is shining and the machine is not warming up.
The heating device in the machine has burned out. At this time, you must contact the after-sales service center or a professional electrician to solve it.
4. The motor rotates but cannot be heated.
It is usually a relay failure, which can be judged by measuring the 220V voltage across the RL. If there is no voltage or the voltage is too low, it means that the relay is not attracted or badly attracted. Mostly the relay K is damaged or the contact is ablated. The relay should be replaced or the sanded contacts should be removed.
5. No constant temperature.
Because the thermistor is in contact with the surface of the pressure shaft, friction occurs with the rotation of the pressure shaft, and it will fall off, loosen or be damaged over time. It should be fixed back to its original position and make good contact with the surface of the pressure shaft. If damaged, a new thermistor should be replaced.
6. Large noise.
Since the machine is operated at high temperature for a long time, the lubricating oil of each transmission gear is easily dried up, resulting in a large noise. After refilling the oil, the fault can be eliminated.
7. The machine does not work and the power indicator is not on.
Poor contact between power plug and socket. Check whether the power plug and socket are in poor contact, and the over-temperature protector or fuse is blown out. At this time, you must contact the after-sales service center or a professional electrician to solve it.
