This product is a rapid test card that does not require any equipment and equipment to detect the content of "Clenbuterol" (Clenbuterol Hydrochloride) in samples of meat and internal organs (especially refined meat, liver, lungs and kidneys). The threshold of meat and visceral samples exudate is 5ng / ml.
1. Detection principle The "Clenbuterol" rapid test card applies the principle of competitive suppression immunochromatography. The "Clenbuterol" in the sample binds to the specific monoclonal antibody labeled with colloidal gold during the flow process, inhibiting the antibody Combined with "Clenbuterol" -protein conjugate on the NC membrane test line (T). If the content of "Clenbuterol" in the sample exudate is greater than 5ng / ml, the test line does not show color, and the result is positive. Otherwise, the detection line (T) is red, and the result is negative.

3. Samples collected meat and viscera samples (including fine meat, liver, lungs and kidneys) for immediate testing or collected in plastic bags for inspection. If it can not be detected in time, the sample can be stored at 2-8 ℃ for 24 hours, and frozen at -20 ℃ for 1 week. Avoid freezing and thawing repeatedly when freezing.
4. Operation steps and interpretation of results:
â‘´ Restore the unopened test card to room temperature before testing.
⑵ Crush the meat and viscera samples, put them into a 1.5ml centrifuge tube (2/3 of the volume of the centrifuge tube), and close the cap tightly.
(3) Place the centrifuge tube in water above 90 ℃ and in a water bath for 10-15 minutes, and take it out. Centrifugation, (centrifugation is more conducive to draw exudate, water bath is the recommended heating method for this method).
â‘· Remove the test card from the original packaging aluminum foil bag and use it within one hour.
⑸ Place the test card flat, use a plastic pipette to add 1 drop of bubble-free cooling sample exudate (approximately 20-30ul) to the sample hole, and add the developing solution after 5 seconds
2-3 drops (about 60-80ul).
⑹ Reaction 3-5min, judge the result according to the schematic diagram. After 10 minutes, the judgment result is invalid.
⑺The red band in the detection area (T) is negative (<5ng / ml), otherwise it is positive (> 5ng / ml).
5. Storage and validity period:
The original packaging is stored in a cool, dry place at 4-30 ° C. The validity period is 12 months. See the box for the batch number and validity period.
6. Matters needing attention:
â‘´ The test card is used for one time at room temperature.
⑵ Fat in meat and viscera will cause false positive results, please discard the fat part visible to the naked eye when sampling.
⑶ Avoid direct sunlight and direct blow of electric fan during the inspection.
â‘· Tap water, distilled water or deionized water cannot be used as a negative control.
⑸ Due to the difference in meat samples, some test lines may be lighter or grayish in color, but as long as a band appears, it can be judged as a negative result.
