(1) Science and Technology Wood


The science and technology wood is a dyed veneer lumber. It is a man-made board with a large format which is made of a small-diameter wood, which is subjected to bleaching and dyeing, multi-layer parallel gluing, and hot pressing to produce a certain thickness. The imitation black walnut wood is a rotary cut veneer that uses fast-growing wood such as paulownia and poplar. It is made into a man-made board with a texture color similar to that of natural black walnut by bleaching, dyeing, gluing, hot pressing and the like. The technology is used in large materials and inferior materials, which can greatly increase the added value of fast-growing wood and alleviate the shortage of natural precious wood in China.

1. veneer


Rotary cut veneer, thickness 0.7 ~ 1mm, depending on product use, wood variety and production process requirements. The thickness is uniform, and the width is cut into a width of 600, 750 mm and the like.


2. Glue


Glue with a glue applicator. The adhesive used is a formulated adhesive which is divided into a colorless gel and a colored gel. Colorless glue contains adhesives, catalysts, fillers, and the like. The color of the colored glue should be close to the color of the veneer, the basic composition is the same as the colorless glue, and it also contains a small amount of dye or pigment.


3. Blank


On the small pusher, the blanks are assembled, parallel coded, the ends and the two sides are aligned, pay attention to the repair and repair of the broken veneers. Usually a finished board consists of 1000 veneers. If the texture of the product is different, consider the interaction and orderly discharge of the boards in different shades of color.


4. Preload


The sheet is pre-cured to impart a certain initial strength.


5. Compression gluing


The role of this process is to ensure that the product is fully glued under a certain pressure and that excess water is discharged. Reasonable process, giving the product sufficient strength, suitable moisture content and uniformity. The temperature and time depend on the compression bonding method, the type of glue, and the thickness of the board. If it is unreasonable, it will cause defects such as discoloration, cracking and bending of the product. Generally, the compression bonding method includes several forms such as hot pressing, cold pressing, and high frequency compression.


Products with parallel texture during hot pressing do not require a special template. To produce a mountain product or a special texture product, different hot pressing templates are required.


6. Saw


According to the needs, the materials are made at different angles, and the finished board is 5cm thick.


7. package


Product inspection is graded according to product color, texture and defects. Waterproof coating is used to seal the ends to prevent cracking. Packaging, labeling.
