All steps of high and low temperature alternating damp heat test box inspection

To know whether the high and low temperature alternating humidity and heat test chamber is qualified, you can ask a third-party authority to do the inspection, such as China National Institute of Metrology, Beijing Metrology Institute, Shanghai Metrology Institute and other enterprises and institutions with national testing qualifications. The full steps of high and low temperature alternating damp heat test box inspection are as follows:

1. Install temperature and relative humidity measurement sensors at the specified locations. Make the temperature of the working space reach 25 ℃ ± 3 ℃, and maintain the relative humidity at 45% RH ~ 75% RH.

2. Within 1h, make the relative humidity of the working space not less than 95% RH. From now on, make the temperature and humidity of the working space according to the procedures specified in GB / T2423.4, that is, according to the "heating-high temperature and high humidity" --- Low temperature --- Low temperature and high humidity continuously change.

3. Measure the temperature and humidity at the center point every 1min during the heating phase and within 15min after the heating is completed.

4. The high and low temperature alternating humidity and heat test chamber enters the constant stage of high temperature and high humidity and stabilizes for 30 minutes. It begins to record the temperature and humidity values of each measurement point and the temperature and humidity values indicated by the equipment. It is recorded every 1 minute and recorded 30 times within 30 minutes.

5. Starting from 15 minutes before the start of the cooling stage, the temperature and humidity of the center point are measured every 1 minute until the temperature of the working space reaches 25 ± 3 ° C, and the relative humidity is not lower than 95% RH, that is, it enters the low temperature and high humidity stage.

6. Stable for 30 minutes after entering the constant stage of low temperature and high humidity. Start recording the temperature and humidity values of each measurement point and the temperature and humidity values indicated by the device. Record every 1 minute and record 30 times within 30 minutes.

Flat Brushes

Flats are brushes with a straight chisel edge and square shaped filaments. These can be known as shades if they`re in smaller sizes and washes/glazes if in bigger sizes. Large areas are painted with a wash/glaze brush whereas smaller flats are used for small areas of painting

Round brushes

Round brushes have a large diameter of the ferrule, more so than a liner, which can be used for applying thick to thin lines, filling in odd shaped areas, painting details and work great for lettering. Liners don`t hold as much paint as a round, however, they are super great for creating lines or curves. Script liners are similar to liners but the filaments are much longer and hold more paint. A round brush tapers to a pointed tip – several types of rounds are referred to rounds, liners or script liners. Angle brushes are filaments that have been cut on an angle – these are excellent to use in small or curved areas of the painting.

Filberts

Brushes with oval shaped filaments are known as filberts in smaller sizes and oval wash in larger sizes. Both shapes can be used for base coating, stroke work and more. There are filbert combs, filbert wash and more.
