At present, there are 9 main ways for the comprehensive utilization of waste plastics at home and abroad:

1. Make fuel. In June last year, a new and practical technology—the recycling of waste plastics for recycling fuel technology and process equipment—was successful in Chengdu. However, in practice, because the production cost is too high and it is difficult to produce economic benefits, large-scale production cannot be carried out. Therefore, the technological achievements born in Chengdu provide an effective and practical new technology for the governance of “white pollution” in China.

2, production of waterproof anti-freeze glue. 3. Preparation of aromatic compounds. Japan is currently working on the development of new technologies for the production of chemical raw materials from waste plastics. The method is to heat PE, PP and other waste plastics to 300°C to decompose them into carbohydrates, and then add the catalyst to synthesize aromatic compounds such as benzene, toluene and xylene. When reacting at a temperature of 525°C, 70% of the waste plastics can be converted into useful aromatic substances. These substances can be used as raw materials for chemicals and pharmaceuticals, gasoline fuel improvers, etc., and have a wide range of uses. The remaining components can be converted to hydrogen and propane.

4. Preparation of multifunctional resin glue. The product has good adhesion, high gloss, strong impact resistance, acid and alkali resistant characteristics, 1 ton per day, cost 2300 yuan per ton, the market price of 5,000 yuan. Industrial use for the production of a variety of glass steel products, can greatly reduce production costs, in addition, can also produce waterproof coatings, anti-rust paint, furniture putty glue and other products, can replace a variety of glass glue, wood glue, printing glue use.

5, aluminum plastic automatic separator. Aluminum-plastic composite packaging is widely used in food, pharmaceutical and other packaging. With the progress of society, waste has been increasing year by year. Due to the combination of aluminum and plastic, it cannot be granulated, and no one can recycle the waste. It can only be burned, polluting the environment and wasting resources. Using aluminum-plastic automatic separating agent, the waste aluminum-plastic packaging is placed in a container, water and automatic separating agent are added, aluminum-plastic packaging will completely separate aluminum-plastic in about 20 minutes, 0.85 per ton of waste aluminum-plastic packaging can be separated. 9, production of plastic woven bags.
