U.S. company developed a multi-functional packaging machine

The FVL16/48 forming/filling/heating machine, developed by Hassia USA, Inc., New Jersey, USA, heat seals four sides of the bag after forming and filling. The pump holds the feed for large foods. The machine has an arrangement of 1 to 12 narrow lanes with an operating speed of 100 cycles/minute.

Its packaging range is 2′′～7′′ long, 9′′ wide, and the filling weight is 7 ounces. The hot filling temperature reaches 90° F. It can package breads, seasonings, and sets of cutlery.
