The air pressure balance in the HP High Capacity Cartridge cartridge* is adjusted by the small vent hole in the “C” position. Before filling, "C" must be sealed with tape to prevent ink leakage. At the same time, the hole of the "A" figure should also be sealed with tape.

In the case of the cartridge with the green top cover, in the position of the figure "B", there is a plastic ball covering the filling hole. Use a sharp tool to push the plastic beads into the cartridge to expose the fill hole. The new style ink cartridge (gray top cover) does not have this fill hole, which requires a small drill bit to be drilled in the "B" position with a small hole of about 3 mm in diameter for ink filling.

important! The hole in the "A" position (top of the cartridge) must not be punctured!

Use a flat-head syringe to inject the ink through the fill hole until the ink fills the cartridge (about 30 ml). Do not insert the syringe too deep.

Fill the fill hole with a spare rubber plug, or seal the fill hole with a blown plastic electrode.

A long syringe needle was used to pierce the stopper of the filling hole and the air inside the cartridge was withdrawn to maintain the internal pressure balance. Remove the tape seals at "C" and "A".

Note: Once the ink cartridge is used up, it must be filled immediately.

The ink filling hole covers under the green or gray top cover of the ink cartridge. Open the top cover with a thin blade, or, put the ink cartridge sideways, tap the top cover with a blunt instrument, and knock open the joint. Several ink cartridges can be seen.

Each ink container is sealed with a label to prevent one color from being contaminated with another color (string color) when filled.

Draw the correct color ink with a syringe and insert the needle deep into the ink filling hole. (as shown)

Note: The cartridge is filled with sponge and may be a bit resistant.

Inject ink slowly. Until the sponge is full of ink. Repeat the above steps for other colors.

After the filling is completed, seal the top cover as it is and fix it with tape. The ink cartridge can be tested and printed on the machine.

The filling hole of the ink cartridge is at the top of the cartridge and is plugged with a small plastic plug. Use a sharp tool to push the plug or ball into the cartridge.

Draw the correct color ink with a syringe (check the color in the ink injection hole and try it with a toothpick.)

As shown in the figure, insert the syringe into the depth of the correct color ink injection hole and carefully inject the ink until the sponge is full of ink. Repeat the above steps for other colors. Note, do not cross-color.

Fill the hole and do not seal it. You can simply attach a label sheet and pierce the hole. Install, test, print.

Note: The syringe must be washed and dried before it can be used for another color ink field fill; the empty ink cartridge must be filled immediately.

1. Turn the cartridge upside down, pierce the plastic film with a sharp tool, and push the ball inside the cartridge to fill the hole.

2. Use a syringe to draw the correct color ink and inject it into the correct fill hole. You can use a toothpick first to test the color of the ink in each well.
3. Inject ink slowly until the cartridge is full.

4. Plug the refill hole with a spare bead, or seal the refill hole with a molten plastic electrode.

5. Stand up the ink cartridge with the nozzle down and place it on absorbent tissue paper for about two minutes until some ink is leaking from the nozzle. If the color of each color is even and normal, it can be tested and printed.

6. Perform printer head cleaning procedure 1-3 times until the test prints normally.

With the top of the cartridge facing up, the small hole in the middle of the top cover can be used to fill the ink. (If it is HP51633A, please remove the plug in the filling hole or push the cartridge)

The syringe is sucked with the proper amount of ink and slowly injected from the filling hole until the filling hole is full of ink (about 30 ml)

Place the ink cartridge nozzle down on a clean tissue paper for about 2 minutes to seep out some ink and adjust the internal air pressure balance of the cartridge. You can test and print on the machine.

Excess ink is returned to the ink bottle and the syringe is cleaned for later use. (If the HP51633A cartridge, re-seal the plug).

Note: Empty ink cartridges must be filled immediately.

Seventh Class Hewlett Packard Think Jet Printer

Use plastic spikes or needles to pry out the plastic beads that seal the ink filling holes and set them aside for filling and then close the ink filling holes.

Put the ink cartridge upright and insert the syringe into the filling hole to inject the ink. Do not insert too deep so as not to puncture the rubber ink pouch.

Slowly inject the ink until it is full. Pull out the syringe and put the sealing ball back in. Make sure to push it to a fixed position to prevent ink leakage.

Install the cartridge, perform the printer cleaning, test procedures, and print normally after passing the test.

Cut the connection between the base of the cartridge housing and the top cover and open the bottom cover.

Twist the rubber stopper in the filling hole until it can be easily removed and placed on the bottom cover for later use.

Fill the plastic ink bag with the correct color ink from the fill hole. Do not insert the needle more than 1.25 cm (1/2 inch) to avoid piercing the ink pouch.

Fill the ink until the fill hole seeps out the ink. Refill the refill hole rubber plug, tighten it, or seal it with other substitute balls.
Use the following method to remove excess air from the ink bag to ensure smooth printing:
A. Keep the exhaust hole (outlet hole as shown) facing upwards and maintain a 45 degree angle of inclination.
B. Insert the syringe out of the air and insert it into the vent.
C. Pull out the handle of the syringe and draw the air out of the vent as much as possible and pull the syringe out.
Reassemble the cartridge and test it on the machine.
