In order to prolong the service life of the corrugating roller, the corrugating roller must be well maintained and an effective cleaning must be performed every day to remove the foreign matter and dust on the corrugating roller. In the event of damage to the corrugating roller, foreign matter is immediately removed and the raised part is flattened with a diamond file. Small depressions do not affect use. For the entire single-sided machine, the refueling area should be refueled before going to work every day, especially the supporting shaft of corrugating roller and pressure roller. Check for any foreign matter on the corrugating roller and clean it if necessary. Pass the steam, open the bypass valve, release the condensate, and close the bypass valve after 1-2 minutes.
If the bypass valve is open on the previous day, close the bypass valve before steaming. The machine began to warm up, and N32 oil was added to the corrugating roller, the air compressor was started, the pressure was about 0.2 MPa, and the machine began to operate idly. Note that the pressure roller must not be pressurized. When the temperature is reached, input the paste, open the suction motor, and start inputting the paper. After both sides of the paper are input, they are sent to the stencil, so that they are glued, the pressure roller pressurizes, and normal operation starts. In normal operation, if the downtime is long, the paste tray exits the machine and the empty roll runs, preventing the corrugating roll from stopping for a long time due to heating.

If the wear is severe and the height does not meet the requirements, the corrugating roller must be reground or replaced with a new corrugating roller. Always check if the bolts on the corrugated conveyor frame at the top of the corrugator are loose and do not drop onto the corrugating roller to prevent crushing of the corrugation. Always check whether the squeegee roller is glued or not, and adjust the squeegee blade if it is glued. It is often observed whether the movement of each cylinder is flexible, can * ensure the pressure, otherwise it is necessary to carry out maintenance. When using narrow-width paper, the baffle plate should move to the middle, like the width of the paper web, and observe whether there is glue on the pressure roller, and if necessary, remove it in time.
The parking should be carried out regardless of any adjustment, to prevent personal and equipment accidents. The suction slot on the main corrugating roller is cleaned once every quarter to prevent foreign matter and affect the adsorption effect. Be sure to stop the machine when it is removed to prevent personal accidents. The oil in the gearbox is filtered once a year and replenished to the middle of the oil standard. The main charging corrugated roller, pressure roller, and rotating preheating roller are lubricated with high-temperature (above 200°C) grease and checked once a month. The degree of parallelism of the main pay-per-waist roller, pressure roller, gluing roller, and squeegee roller is checked once a week, and the "carbon paper method" and "pressed wire method" are used.
The degree of parallelism is generally 0.03 mm. If it is not parallel, it must be adjusted in time. The temperature of the main payment corrugating roller, pressure roller and preheating roller is measured once a week. If the temperature difference between the upper and lower, left and right sides is large, the siphon pipe may be damaged and it must be replaced in time. It is also possible that the trap is blocked and check the drain outlet of the trap to make it clear. Daily check the compressed air system and steam piping system for leaks (steam) conditions, if there is timely repair.
