2 Problems and Countermeasures of Smart Cards in the Development of Rural Informatization

First, the level of information technology in rural areas is low. Smart cards are part of informatization from a large scale, and the level of technology is an important indicator of whether information technology can be used. At present, in rural areas, most people are relatively unfamiliar with informatization, and many people still do not use advanced information products or even ATMs. Although the use of smart cards does not require strong professional skills, it still requires a certain background knowledge, and the maintenance work of smart card work machines requires professional participation. Second, the rural information infrastructure is weak. With the reform of China's economic system and the reform of the land system, the rural economy has maintained a relatively high growth rate. Second, raise funds for rural informatization construction and improve infrastructure. The operation of smart cards requires the construction of large-scale infrastructure, and the short-term investment is relatively large, but the overall cost is very low.
