There are foreign objects in the printer as laser photocopying these advanced equipment, with high sensitivity, stable performance and other characteristics. Therefore, it has higher requirements for the surrounding environment, hygiene and temperature. When the sample is made, the printer will not work due to paper embrittlement or other reasons. Because of the high sensitivity of the laser printer, there is something in it, and it mistakenly believes that the paper is ready. However, when the paperboard is lifted and the suction roller rotates, the paper cannot be conveyed because of the small paper. Therefore, the computer prompts that there is a problem with the printer. In the same way, foreign objects such as cable heads and rubber in printers may even contain some dust and scattered toner, which can cause the printers to not produce large samples. Maintenance method: When this happens, immediately open the printer cover, and then use the tweezers to clamp things like hidden shreds inside, and then use leather tigers (maintenance special tools to remove the dust on the parts). Clean the other tiny dirt inside. If the dirt is stuck on the shaft and cannot be blown off, it can be scrubbed with cotton, alcohol and lightly. Remember, you can't scrub with water, otherwise the opportunity for printing will not work because of dampness. 2. The internal temperature of the printer is too high When the printer is turned on for a long time and there is too much printing paper, the printer is not working because of the non-stop operation of the printer and the heat dissipation is not good, making the output channel temperature too high. When the printer's temperature is too high, there will be such a situation: When the computer is finished reading the disk, the paper is successfully input into the machine, but no longer print samples, and the host has been completed. what happened? After opening the cover, the original prints were squeezed together and there was a small cabin out of the room. This is because the printer's temperature is too high. When the paper is printed out and output to the outside, the leading edge of the paper is hot and soft and loses its hardness, so it can't move forward. The rear paper was forcibly pressed together by a road under the forceful transmission of the transmission wheel and became a toilet paper and could not be read or proofread. Maintenance method: In this case, immediately stop using, shut down, and open all the covers of the printer so that it can fully dissipate heat. At the same time, you can use cotton, alcohol to gently wipe the parts that are overheated and overheated. It cools as soon as possible. 3. Mainframe menu content design errors Most laser photocopying centers, the host computer and printers, imagesetters are linked together. If the photojournalist has just used it to send the film, the internal program setting has not been changed (ie, the condition required for the output status of the original printer has not been restored). At this time, the menu command differs from the command required by the printer. Not working. Maintenance method: When this happens, use the mouse to jog the menu and let the menu come back to the command output from the printer. Modify some of the menu contents. When the floppy disk you have copied has been broken or has some bad sectors, insert it into the host floppy drive. Use the mouse to click on the menu and let the host read the disk. The floppy indicator light is on, but it suddenly goes out. The host prompt is "Error." This indicates that the floppy disk you are using is damaged. The disk information cannot be passed to the host center command system. Therefore, the host does not work. Maintenance method: At this time, you need to replace a floppy disk to copy the sample again, or put this bad disk printer out of toner, you need to refill the toner. One is the paper release indicator. When this light is on, it indicates that the printed paper has not been placed. The front end of the paper does not stand against the printer. The paper feed roller of the printer never grasps the paper and cannot forward it. One is to format, then copy what you need to re-sample. 5. The printer itself is faulty When you use the host to send samples, your floppy disk and host computer are correct, but the printer still does not work. Open the printer, there is no dirt inside, and the temperature is not high. Why is this? At this time, you should carefully observe the several indicator lights on the printer, if there is any abnormality. The printer has 3 indicators (indicating non-normal warnings) and a toner indicator. The light is on, indicating that the toner in the printer is running out and needs to be refilled with toner. One is the paper release indicator. When this light is on, it indicates that the printed paper has not been placed. The front end of the paper does not stand against the printer. The paper feed roller of the printer never grasps the paper and cannot forward it. One is the signal interruption indicator. The light is on, indicating that the printer was in a half-operating state.
