Thousands of cubic meters of Southern Pine each year can only be used for the construction site of the top bar, formwork or packing materials. As the building is now mostly converted to steel formwork, pinewood has actually been squeezed out of the construction market. In addition, the use of pine wood is also easy to cause pollution, extract pine resin, its profit is not high. On the one hand, pine wood as a fast-growing high-yield forest must promote vigorous development. On the other hand, because of poor wood quality and poor product sales, the contradiction between the two is increasingly prominent. Beginning in 1995, Guangxi Sanqi Company and the experts of the Department of Chemical Engineering of the Hunan Institute of Engineering began work on the pine wood modification for more than seven years. They used a special process to remove the turpentine oil from the pine wood and inject the polymer compound, which was combined with the rosin to solve the problem that the pine wood was easily deformed. During the process of returning to turpentine, the researchers invented the “water-soluble dry molecular resin”, which can not only be flame-retardant but also anti-corrosion and anti-mite. During the operation process, the resin will not solidify, and the quality of the wood will not be affected by the operation process. According to the needs of different areas, adjust the hardness of pine. The pine wood treated with this process and recipe has controllable hardness and can be used as floor, ceiling, door, furniture, exterior wall decoration wood, partition wall, etc. The utilization rate is as high as 100%. At the same time, ensure that there is no "three wastes" in the processing of pine wood and no pollution to the environment. Treated pine wood also has good flame-retardant functions and meets national fire control standards. It is understood that at present, China's southern pine reserves are about 2 billion cubic meters, and annual cutting volume is about 3,000 cubic meters.
