It is a paste-like material with a certain consistency (like body bone) and no stickiness. It has a loose texture and seems to be lubricated.

It is finished with waxes, gels, and synthetic resins. Recently, there is the ability to add light, improve the wettability, improve the ink property, increase the printing speed, and reduce the tackiness. It can be directly added to paste inks, such as offset inks, letterpress inks, used in resin inks, but also make the wire shorter.

In the printing, or when adjusting the ink, if feel the ink sticky or sticky and thin, can be properly added detackifier to adjust; when the paper quality is poor, to prevent the ink sticky, causing pull paper hair, can also be used The de-adhesive is adjusted, and the typeface is printed in the printing. The de-sticking agent can be used to adjust the viscosity of the ink to solve the problem. In some cases, the transferability of the ink is poor, and it can also be used to reduce the cohesion and improve the development of the brush.

The amount of detackifier should be used with special care. It can be based on the speed of the ink, paper, etc., to solve the principle of appropriate, can not be excessive, generally within 5%, preferably 1% to 3%. If the amount is not the same, the ink will become thicker, looser, and shorter. In particular, it is easy to cause the dirty plate in the offset printing and poor transferability on the machine. It also affects the gloss and dryness. For this reason, when using a detackifier, it must be properly formulated with dry oil to ensure proper dryness.
