Method for separating waste aluminum plastic and aluminum foil into aluminum, paper and plastic

Abstract: The aluminum, plastic and aluminum foils are divided into aluminum, paper and plastic, which belong to metal processing waste recycling technology. The invention aims at formulating a new design process and new equipment for a large amount of aluminum-plastic and aluminum-paper composite flexible packaging material waste remaining in the society. Using aluminum-plastic and aluminum-paper composite scrap as raw materials, through peeling machines, wind screens and other process equipment systems, peeling and decomposing aluminum-plastic and aluminum-paper wastes to obtain aluminum, paper and plastics recycled single-element materials. The materials produced by this method have low cost. High degree of purity, significant social and economic benefits.
