The adjustment of major factors should pay attention to the following issues.
(1) Hot stamping temperature. If the hot stamping temperature is too high, the hot stamping imprint will lose its metallic luster, blistering, unclear edges or even stencil; while the hot stamping temperature is too low, hot stamping will not appear firmly or the writing hair will not be able to be stamped. Various types of aluminum foil are suitable for different stamping temperatures. No. 1 is 80-95 degrees Celsius, No. 8 is 75-90 degrees Celsius, No. 12 is 75-90 degrees Celsius, No. 15 is 60-75 degrees Celsius, and pure gold foil is 80-130 degrees Celsius. The color foil, gold foil foil, and silver foil foil are 70 to 120 degrees Celsius, so according to the actual situation, pay attention to debugging.
(2) Stamping pressure. Excessive hot stamping pressure will result in thicker paste or imprinting. When the hot stamping pressure is too low, the hot stamping foil cannot adhere to the substrate, and the hot stamping area cannot be cut. In addition, the installation of hot stamping foil can not be too tight or too loose, when the writing is too short, the writing will be broken; if it is too loose, the trace will be unclear and the paste will be dirty.
(3) Hot stamping speed: The hot stamping speed actually reflects the contact time between the substrate and the hot stamping foil during the hot stamping process of the hot stamping and directly affects the fastness of the hot stamping. Hot stamping speed is too fast, it will lead to hot stamping or imprinting; Hot stamping speed will not only affect the quality of hot stamping, but also affect the production efficiency. (4) Hot stamping materials. Various hot stamping substrates are available.
