Fresh fish and shrimp fresh technology

In the catering industry, fresh foods are very popular, so the preservation of fresh foods in transportation has received much attention.

In foreign countries, there is a method of using a porous plate to separate containers containing seawater into multiple layers, and then using foamed benzothiophene hollow particles to gently clamp the layers of fish so that they can remain lying horizontally in the container. Posture, infusion of sufficient oxygen, even after long-distance transportation for more than 3 days, the fish in the container is still alive.

According to the needs of consumers abroad, trial production of live fish cans was successful. The cans are filled with enough oxygen water, which is enough for the fish to live for a few weeks.

The United States has developed a sealed, insulated, and automatically foldable polystyrene board packaging box dedicated to the transport of live lobsters. The box can hold 9 kilograms of live lobster with a bottle of ice water to keep the live lobster refrigerated. Lobster will not die within 40 hours.
