When a small newspaper with an opening number of 18×11.375 inches is used, 2100 sheets can be printed in an hour, and the NexPress 2100 is named after this. NexPress can handle up to 350 x 470mm paper. A4 paper double-sided 4-color printing speed up to 2100 / hour, single-sided 4200 / hour; A3 paper double-sided 4-color printing speed up to 1050 / h, single-sided 2100 / h. In order to solve the 80-300g/m2 thick paper printing problem, the machine also uses a blanket offset printing process, so it can still be transferred on thick paper and embossed processed unsmooth paper. During printing, the paper starts from below the center of the machine to the right, and the first passes through the heavy paper detection device. Then, the paper reaches the upper right of the printer and continues to the left into the paper position automatic detection device. After adjusting the position of the paper, it is fed into the upper transfer section of the machine. NexPress reflects this trend to some extent. The size of the NexPress model introduced in Drupa is: 5621×2002×1729mm, and the length is more than 5.6m, which is suitable for large-scale paper printing.
