1. Class A is unqualified: the carton cannot meet the function of protecting or marking the contents.

(1) The seam is disconnected.

(2) The size exceeds the allowable error range.

(3) The quality is lower than the specified minimum value.

(4) The indentation line is broken or the paper surface is cut off.

(5) The surface is torn or pierced, there are holes or the flap flaps are irregular and there are extra cardboard pieces stuck together.

(6) The printing is wrong, the printing is incomplete or the color pattern is wrong.

(7) Pollution caused by external substances.

2. Class B is unqualified: the carton is incomplete or has problems.

(1) Incomplete bonding of seams, incomplete tape joints or insufficient nailing of joints.

(2) Slot into the edge of the side of the carton.

(3) The cover sheet cannot be docked, and the gap is greater than 3mm.

(4) The moisture content of paperboard is higher than 20% or lower than 5%.

(5) The non-indentation of the carton is bent.

(6) The box surface is not fully printed or the picture and text are blurred.

(7) The carton did not take anti-skid measures as required.

3. Class C is unqualified: the appearance of the carton is not good, but its function is not affected.

(1) Slotted or carton die-cut rough.

(2) The surface of the cardboard has uneven rubbing, which affects the quality of printed graphics.

(3) There are pollution spots on the surface of the box.

(4) Shallow scratches or marks are erased.
