Regardless of the use of imported printing equipment or domestic printing equipment, the unstable performance of paper before printing is a big problem that many printing companies have headaches, especially gold and silver composite paper jams or transfer gold, silver and laser paperboard. The main problems are as follows: due to changes in temperature and humidity, have not been printed before the expansion and deformation, the emergence of lotus leaf; surface coating varnish and printing ink resin system does not match, resulting in mutual dissolution phenomenon; surface scratches and so serious. These problems have brought varying degrees of difficulty to printing.
In order to avoid these problems, Shenzhen Jinjia Color Printing Co., Ltd. has researched and developed a set of transfer, compound, and nine-color UV gravure printing processes. This scientific research achievement enjoys the patent right of the world gravure printing technology.
Not long ago, a rotary gravure production line adopting the research results has settled in Shenzhen Jinjia Color Printing Co., Ltd. and has completed installation and commissioning work. The machine was manufactured by Cerutti, Italy. This is the first in China and the world's first rotary gravure production line integrating transfer, compounding and nine-color UV gravure printing. It is named Jingjia Color Printing-960
Cerutti 3288 (hereinafter referred to as Jin Jia 3288).
First, equipment performance
Jinjia 3288 gravure printing line printing width 400 ~ 820mm, from 80g/m2 single coated paper to 350g/m2 paper can be printed, printing speed up to 300m/min. From decoiling and transfer of white card paper, unwinding of composite film, glue bonding, oven drying, peeling, cooling, rolling of OPP and PET film, varnishing, connection printing (front and back laser positioning printing), UV printing, UV Oil, large sheets can be completed at one time. The glue and 9 printing units are driven independently, avoiding the problem that the circumference of the coating roller, varnish roller and plate roller is not bad when the line is printed.
The machine can complete the following processes:
(1) Complete transfer, peeling, printing (front and back printing, front laser positioning printing), UV printing, UV oiling, and cutting.
(2)
Complete partial transfer (equivalent to cold stamping or holographic anti-counterfeit positioning stamping), peeling, printing (positive and negative printing, front laser positioning printing), UV printing, UV oil, and cut sheet.
(3) Completion of compounding, printing (positive and negative printing), UV printing, UV oil, and cutting of large sheets at a time.
(4) Single-sided coated paper, white cardboard or gold and silver paperboard printing (front and back printing), UV printing, UV oil, and cut sheet.
(5) Milk box printing, oil, and large sheets are completed at one time.
(6) Partial transfer of milk cartons (equivalent to cold stamping or holographic anti-counterfeiting and positioning stamping), printing, oiling, and cutting large sheets at one time.
(7) The paper guide roller is made of special metal. The surface is specially treated to print plastic packaging.
(8) Provides transfer paper and composite paper processing for sheetfed printing (offset, gravure, etc.).
Second, superiority
Solving the problem of stability of printing paper is the biggest advantage of Jinjia 3288 gravure printing line. Before the line was printed on the line at a printing speed of 150m/min, the paper was first compounded with BOPP and PET film, and then dried in 6 sets of ovens. After stretching with proper tension, when it reached the printing unit, the paper was already Invisible variable. The use of the production line also solved a major problem in the prepress processing process and eliminated the need to purchase metal paper from the packaging paper compounding plant, eliminating some cumbersome processes, effectively saving time, and reducing production costs.
Third, wet transfer, composite coating method
Jinjia 3288 transfer glue can be used in two ways:
1. Three roller coating
Three-roller gluing is used for full transfer, composite products. The amount of dry glue is controlled at 4~6g/m2. The coating quality is relatively stable, the coating is uniform, and the bond is firm; at the same time, the pressure of the rubber roller and the size of the glue can be adjusted according to the scale. The greater the pressure, the glue is applied. The smaller the amount. The uniform amount of glue can ensure that the transferred product will not appear due to a too thick glue, which leads to the phenomenon of water mark printing, too weak adhesive layer, and incomplete peeling.
2. Anilox roller coating
Anilox roller coating is mainly used for local transfer (equivalent to bronzing process or holographic anti-counterfeiting positioning gilding), but also can be used for full version transfer, composite products.
Anilox roller coating generally uses ceramic anilox roller, which has a higher price. The use of engraving gravure printing roller, low price, good trial performance, and easy to operate. Coat rollers used engraving gravure related parameters.
The use of engraving gravure coating, uniform coating, the pressure is easy to control, strong bonding, drying effect is good, stable product performance, easy to peel.
Fourth, dry transfer, compound mode
Dry transfer and compound sound are relatively unfamiliar. In China, this is indeed a new technology and new process. However, it is not difficult for Jin Jia 3288 gravure printing machine to integrate advanced and innovative technologies.
For dry transfer and compounding, it is necessary to have the advantages of equipment, and then use special adhesives. Adhesives for various indicators.
For dry transfer and compounding, an anilox roller or engraving gravure must be used to apply the glue, and the coating amount requirements are relatively uniform. When the back of the film is glued, it is not in a hurry to adhere to the paper, but is first passed through an oven and dried at an appropriate temperature. The paper passes over the oven and the film runs synchronously with the paper. When the film is out of the oven, it is not completely dry, and it is instantly heated by a hot oil roller at 120°C, and passes through the action of a pressure roller in time, so that it can be firmly compounded with the paper. After cooling or peeling or varnishing, then you can enter the printing unit for gravure printing.
Dry transfer and compounding are generally used for the printing of high-end products. Because it is a one-time completion, the paper is not easily deformed and the multi-color overprint accuracy is extremely high. In addition, it saves time due to fewer processes.
Fifth, how to control the printing surface within the laser transfer film surface
1. The principle of laser film production process
Laser film production process is more complex, it uses a vacuum aluminum plating method. That is, the evaporation boat is heated to 1400-1500° C., and the aluminum wire continuously sent to the evaporation boat is turned into aluminum vapor. Since the base film has electrostatic adsorption force, aluminum molecules are adsorbed on the film surface. After cooling deposition, aluminum is uniformly sprayed on the surface of the continuously wound film to form an aluminum film. After that, the laser-engraved laser plate was wrapped on the roller and the aluminum plated film was molded at a temperature of 130°C.
