1. Anti-moisture board / particle board of ecological board core

The moisture-proof board and the particle board actually belong to the same material, but the former adds a moisture-proof factor in the production process. Particleboard, also known as particle board, particle board, bagasse board, scrap material made of wood or ** lignocellulosic material, artificial board after adhesive application under the action of heat and pressure, also known as particle board. 2, ecological board core medium density fiberboard

Medium-density fiberboard is a kind of artificial board which is made by mechanical separation and chemical treatment of wood or plant fiber, mixed with adhesive and waterproofing agent, and then formed by high temperature and high pressure. It is an ideal artificial board for making furniture.

The MDF has a uniform structure, avoids the problem of decaying insects, and has small expansion and contraction and is easy to process. In addition, the surface of the MDF is flat and may be more convenient when processed into an ecological board. The strong bending resistance and impact strength are also good. However, MDF has the same disadvantages as particleboard, that is, it is too hygroscopic and is not suitable for use in humid environments.

 

 

3, the core board of the ecological board core

The large core board, which is often referred to as the blockboard, is made up of two pieces of veneer laminated in the middle. The total thickness of the double-sided adhesive veneers of the blockboard shall not be less than 3 mm. Among them, the wooden board is made of high-quality natural wood board after heat treatment (that is, drying in the drying room), and processed into a certain specification of wood strips, which are formed by splicing machine.

Blockboard follows the principle of symmetry in production, so it is not easy to warp and deform. In addition, it has a light texture, good nail holding power, and a small amount of adhesive, which is relatively environmentally friendly.

 

 

4, the ecological board core of the solid wood board

Solid wood panels are wood panels made from complete wood (logs). Solid wood panels are generally classified according to the physical properties of the panels (original wood quality) and there is no uniform standard. For example, a solid wood board such as a horse six deck and a fir board is used as the core.

The solid wood panels are durable, natural and environmentally friendly, with natural wood orientation, moisture absorption and breathability. However, the price of solid wood eco-board is relatively high.
