After many observations, I judged that the cause of this failure was to loosen the screws in the direction of the mouth when the first plate was unloaded. In the second block, the pull plate was pulled first and then pulled back. , its position also has a certain displacement with the order of pull plate. After finding out the cause, when printing on the color code, before the second plate, first loosen the three pull plate screws at the tip and loose half a circle, and then position it on the plate. Test printing, get satisfactory results, the error of the upper and lower rules is very small, fine-tune the front rule, just two sheets of paper to set the rules.
