Eliminate film marks after printing
In the printing process, it is common to leave marks on the dried PS plate. It is time-consuming and laborious to eliminate it with revised paste, and it is not easy to completely clean it. When printing, it will appear dirty again. This phenomenon is often seen in prints and affects the beauty of prints. Some people have mentioned the use of occlusion method to eliminate side marks (Journal of 1997, Issue 6). Although this method is effective, it is more troublesome to operate. First of all, in the operation process, after the first exposure with the shielding plate, and then perform normal operation, equal to twice the operation; Second, if the shielding plate is inappropriate, there will be "edgeless" phenomenon, resulting in PS version of the waste . In my work practice, I have found a simple and efficient method of operation that not only eliminates all traces, but also eliminates any dirt on the printed product.
For example, when sunning off the PS version, take a folio off white type paper (sometimes the newly purchased PS plate has such a paper in the middle), cover it on the glass of the printing machine, and make the typewriting paper completely cover the spelling. A good version, at this time, just double the exposure time, and then press the normal operation. After the experiment, the PS plate dried in this way, without any film edge marks. The stencil produced is more ideal, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of the repairer and improves the quality of the printed matter.
This way of drying the PS plate to eliminate side marks, except for a slight increase in time, there is no other process, so the operation is the simplest, and no errors will occur. I believe that if you adopt this method, you will surely get twice the result with half the effort.
