Pet food bag: flexo, plastic material

This sealing film was supplied by Pliant and is the most critical material in the entire structure. It is this layer of material that provides a high degree of tightness and firmness so that the package will not be punctured and the equipment pass rate is high.

Bryce is responsible for the processing and printing of the bags. The bags are reinforced with folding material and Zip-Pak offers zippers. Bags are filled and sealed at the bottom to prevent skidding and can be stacked in multiple ways. Since the air release valve on the bag can exclude air, the bag does not bulge and is easy to stack.

Bags are great for flexo printing and are more cost effective than gravure printing. Water-based printing inks are very environmentally friendly.
