The study found that Stellera chamaejasme L. is rich in active compounds such as phenols, coumarins, terpenes, and alkaloids, and has good insecticidal efficacy. In this study, the main pathogenic nematode of Angelica malignant disease-potato rot stem nematode was used as the receptor. Using activity tracking separation and spectral analysis methods, 8 diaflavone and coumarin with obvious nematode contact activity in Stellera chamaejasme were identified. Among the chemical structures and physical properties of the compounds, the nematode with chrysanthemum chrysanthemum had the strongest contact activity. Researchers have carried out field trials for three consecutive years and found that the active substance preparation based on the Stellera chamaejasme nematode contacting active substance preparation has a good control effect on Angelica mite disease and leaf spot disease, and can significantly improve the yield and quality of Angelica medicinal materials. The study also found that the preparation has no residues in the Angelica medicinal materials and soil environment, which provides a new way for the prevention and treatment of Angelica Measles.
