Check AC solenoid 2CT (MQl-1.5NAC220V, 1.5Kg) without suction, then check the power distribution cabinet relay 4J has been sucked, use a multimeter to measure the voltage across the electromagnet 2CT is 220V, shut down the power, check the AC solenoid coil is not open circuit . We estimate that it may be a long period of use, resulting in insufficient suction due to a short circuit in the turn.

The solenoid coil was replaced. After a period of time, the paper picker did not operate. Check the new coil and still have no circuit breaking phenomenon, considering that the new coil cannot have short circuit between turns. Check the mechanical clutch again, and according to the principle, there is no sign of fault. There is no emergency clutch spare part at one time. When the machine is turned on again, the operation of the feeder is sometimes absent and there is no regularity. After careful observation and study, it was found that the clutch parts appeared to have poor lubrication. Lubricant injection, start-up test operation, eliminate the phenomenon of failure. As we noticed the problem of refueling at this site, such failures have not reappeared.
