Reconstruction of the Sub-Paper Delivery Device of Four-color Machine

The Heidelberg 102V four-color offset printing press introduced by our factory in 1985, after many years of use, always feels that the machine's secondary take-up part is a pity. Machine operators frequently push and pull the paper-sheet holder (91, 522001, 522002, 522003). In the course of the process, there are frequent cases of bruising the fingers and inserting bad prints, and the splice tray and related parts are often damaged, causing trouble for normal production.

Through long-term observations and research, we decided to reform it. First of all, the machine's paper delivery location and related parts are mapped, then a decelerator and electric motor on a knock-out binding device are used as power, and a corresponding transmission component and a paper-receiving device are processed and manufactured, and corresponding electrical appliances are configured. The control system (component drawing and structure drawing omitted) solves the problem of the secondary delivery of the Heidelberg 102V four-color offset press, which reduces the labor intensity of the operator. I think this project can be used for reference by peers in order to improve the level of technological upgrading.
