The easiest way is to use a UV oil with strong adhesion, but it is often difficult to achieve due to many factors (such as price and delivery period). Another more practical method is to add a set of corona treatment equipment (approximately 4000-8000 yuan) in front of the UV-glazing unit, which can better improve the adhesion of UV oil. The principle is to form a series of small holes on the paper and the ink layer after printing to make it feathered, thereby improving the adhesion of UV oil. In particular, the effect of this method is particularly obvious for wine labels with a large area of ​​ink. This is because the adhesion of the UV oil on the ink layer also depends on the affinity between the ink and the UV oil, and after texturing, the affinity between them can be greatly improved.
Second, the static electricity when printing thin paper Some manufacturers reflect that when using the flexo printing machine printing thin paper (such as cigarette soft packs, wine labels, etc.) there is a strong static electricity to the post process processing caused great difficulties, and even affect the normal delivery , ask any solution.
Static electricity is caused by the friction of two insulators. When the flexographic printing press runs at a high speed, the friction between the paper and the various rubber rollers will generate strong static electricity, especially in the case of using thin paper, the static electricity is more obvious. Especially after UV oil is applied, because UV oil and paper are very good insulators, the properties of the two are different, and there is a slight friction between them, they will be charged with static electricity, which is why many flexo presses need to be installed. The cause of electrostatic devices. However, after the printed products are printed, there will be static electricity even after being placed for a period of time.
A more thorough solution would be to modify the UV oil and change it from a fully-insulated to a semi-conductor so that no matter if the friction between the paper and the rubber roller on the machine or the friction between the papers, it will not be generated again. Static electricity.
