Early customer guidance

Platemaking

Guanghua Company currently uses offset printing to print the bills. Due to the restrictions of the venue, in the plate making process, we still use the traditional CTF plate making method. Since the film, developer, fixer and other substances used in CTF plate making are directly discharged into the environment, the heavy metal silver ions may pollute the water resources. At the same time, since the film base is a polymer compound, it is extremely difficult to degrade in the environment. It also pollutes the soil. Therefore, in the plate making process, Guanghua has focused on cleaner production in optimizing plate making operations.

First, minimize the use of film. On the one hand, since the production of bills is mostly repetitive, Guanghua Company will save the film for each use, so that it can achieve the purpose of film re-use; on the other hand, for the same part of different products, Guanghua Company uses the shared film. Ways, at the same time do the appropriate logo to avoid the wrong version. Secondly, during the printing process, the temperature, concentration and pH of the developer and fixing solution are monitored at all times to prolong the service life; and the development time, development temperature and exposure time are strictly controlled to reduce the scrap rate; Improve the printing durability of the printing plate. 1. Ink use and processing

The inks used by Guanghua Company for special invoices for national value-added tax (hereinafter referred to as “special votes”) and bank checks are generally designated inks. 2. Optimization of production operations

(1) Since rotary printing uses continuous paper feeding, it can improve production efficiency and reduce paper consumption compared to single-sheet printing. Therefore, Guanghua Company uses a rotary printing machine instead of a sheet-fed printing machine. At present, Guanghua has a total of four rotary presses, one of which is a double-rotary press.

(2) In the printing process, according to the characteristics of the printing machine and products, adjust the roller lining, printing pressure, ink roller and water roller to make the printing machine in the best working state. In the printing of special tickets, Guanghua also tests the pressure, temperature and ink balance of the printing press before printing according to the quantification and the amount of coating of different carbonless carbon papers. (3) Due to the high reprint rate of the bill product, this requires that the color of different batches of products should be consistent. After the system was put into use, Guanghua Company canceled the manual inspection and large-scale process, and used the data sharing function to perform secondary verification and scrapping.
